What We Do

Our programs provide a valuable resource to parents and educators, addressing some of the toughest challenges they face. By design, all of our programs are extremely adaptable and can help in many ways. Some of the benefits our students have experienced through our programs are:

  • Academics - Our students have shown:
    • an increased confidence in their approach to math and science
    • effective use of critical thinking skills
    • understanding of reflective journaling and the benefits of it
  • Bully Prevention - Our equine assisted learning programs have proven ideal for bully prevention.  Our students have shown an increase in:
    • leadership skills
    • communication skills
    • resiliency
    • ability to handle stressful situations
    • coping skills
    • empathy
    • kindness towards others
    • recognition of body language
  • Positive Behavior Strategies - through our equine assisted learning programs our students learn skills that help them to significantly control impulsive behavior.

In an era where immediate gratification, social media, and "fear of missing out" are the norm, horses require engagement in the present both physically and mentally. Their prey mentality and methods of communication are the basis of how and why equine assisted learning is proven to be so effective.
